Prestigious address: Sky Tower

Sky Tower – the symbol of Wrocław

Sky Tower – the symbol of Wrocław

Sky Tower in Wrocław, at 212 meters high, is the highest residential building in Europe (at least until the building of the 235 meters high Spire London is completed). The glass tower has 50 floors, 231 apartments divided into 4 groups (Nimbus, Cumulus, Stratus, Cirrus), office space of A+ quality, commercial premises, catering and car park for more than 1500 places. Each apartment is equipped with an intelligent HMS management system. The key advantage of the apartments in Sky Tower, for me, is their height of up to 3.3 meters.
This glass body with a magnificent view of the horizon undoubtedly provides an intense experience. The term "city in the city" is very appropriate here, and the list of amenities is, among others, the following: concierge services,  cleaning and removal, a roof observation deck, children's playground located on the roof of the shopping mall and jogging paths, which allowed me to have a morning cardio session without leaving the building. In addition, too all the foodies I recommend delicious breakfasts served, in the Dinette restaurant on ground level.

In the highest residential building in the country, prices were actually not among the highest, since they were starting from 13 thousand zł and end with 38 thousand zł. Is it worth the price? I am writing this article from the 46th floor, hard not to fall in love but I am afraid that for the price of the apartment on Nimbus or Cumulus levels, the market has many more interesting alternatives to offer. We pay for the prestige, safety feeling of privacy, thank's to the reception and lifts triggered by a special card, bringing the residents directly and only to their floors.

For me, as an art lover, the sculpture "Time profile" by Salvador Dali, standing in the courtyard makes the cherry on the top. It is precisely this type of detail that testifies to the luxury status of the building. The capital of the Lower Silesian Voivodship has undoubtedly made an impressive landmark, and I can only wish them further projects, as impressive as this one.
